Godrej Eternia is situated on the old Mumbai-Pune highway in Shivaji Nagar next to Shoppers’ Stop. Designed by Ratan Batli Boi Architects, the construction is being managed by Semb Corp Infrastructure. There are 7 floors of commercial space comprising both showroom and office space with each floor being tailor-made to suit the requirements of IT companies. The basement along with the floor above is meant exclusively for parking. The building has been designed with power load provisions. The flat slab construction pattern makes for high ceilings.
